- Between 30 to 21 days before the event, the guest will be entitled to a refund of 75% of the original ticket purchase price, excluding TicketBee's non-refundable fee.
- Between 21 to 14 days before the event, the guest will be entitled to a refund of 50% of the original ticket purchase price, excluding TicketBee's non-refundable fee.
- Between 14 to 5 days before the event, the guest will be entitled to a refund of 25% of the original ticket purchase price, excluding TicketBee's non-refundable fee.
- Less than 5 days before the event, the guest will be entitled to a refund of 0% of the original ticket purchase price, excluding TicketBee's non-refundable fee.
